1. Introduction

Welcome to Legal Success Toolkit. By purchasing or using our products (“Products”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all purchases, whether for physical or digital items. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Educational Disclaimer

Our products, including flashcards and digital study aids, are designed as tools to support your legal education. They are not a substitute for your own study, revision, or attendance at lectures. We do not guarantee, promise, or represent that use of our products will achieve any specific grade or academic outcome. Your results depend on your own work, effort, and study.

3. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for academic performance, exam results, or assignment outcomes. Legal Success Toolkit shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses that arise from use or misuse of our products. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.

4. Orders, Delivery, and Collection

Physical products are delivered to designated campus pickup points selected by the customer during checkout. You are responsible for collecting your order within the communicated timeframe.

• If you miss three (3) consecutive pickup appointments without contacting us to arrange alternatives, your order will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to a refund.

• Once collected, responsibility for the product passes to you.

5. Refunds and Replacements

We will provide a refund or replacement if your product is defective or incorrect, provided you supply photographic or written proof within seven (7) days of receiving it.

• Refunds will not be issued for reasons of personal preference, as our products are bespoke and made to order.

• For digital items, refunds are not available once access or download has been provided, as such products cannot be properly returned and may be copied or retained.

6. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

All digital materials, including any electronic versions of flashcards or study tools, are licensed to you for personal educational use only.

• You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or otherwise make available any of our content to third parties without written permission.

• All intellectual property rights, including branding, text, and design, remain the property of Legal Success Toolkit.

7. Customer Accounts and Data

Customers must create an account to purchase and access digital products. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information.
If you delete your account, all associated personal information will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or tax purposes (e.g., order records).

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
